All sales are final. We only offer refunds if the product is defective or damaged in transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item along with any relevant information.
